Damages and issues with products
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

There is a 5-day policy for damaged products, meaning you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. 

To start a replacement on damaged items, you can contact us at layeredrose@gmail.com. Please attach a photo of the damaged item to your email. If your item is accepted, we will remake your gnome and send it out within the next 5 business days. Gnomes will be made as close to the original design.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

We will notify you once we’ve received your request.
